Personally I'd go for Newbury AA and Thatcham AA tickets. NAA have got loads of river from the easy to the quite challenging (from a barbel perspective), and TAA have got 2 really nice beats. C.

Dont listen to them, the Kennet isnt as easy as they make out, at least not with me fishing it! It is a beautiful small(ish) river though, and there certainly are plenty of places around Thatcham etc...

Not just the Kennet. Don't forget the Loddon, Thames and St Pats. Spoilt for choice! If you go for the RDAA and Twyford & District tickets you'll get a wide range of barbel filled waters. Be happy...
